Digital download problems?
We are aware that for some customers, when downloading the purchased music onto a PC, the downloaded folder contains TWO sets of files with the same names. This is due to the unzipping process and we are not sure why this takes place. Unfortunately, in some cases, the first set of files do not contain data and won’t play when selected. DON’T PANIC…the music is there! Scroll down in the folder to the duplicate set of song files and click on the SECOND set. It should play for you as an mp3 without any problems. If it doesn’t, then please call or contact us.
What is the difference between a performance packet and just a CD?
Performance packets provide you with a license agreement to use our music and musical tracks for public performances as long as it is for non-comerical, non-broadcast programs. They come complete with vocal models, minus tracks (orchestral accompaniment), lyrics, and a narration to tie the music together.
For those not wishing to use the music for performance purposes, the music is available for purchase as a single CD.
Can I make copies of your CD’s and digital downloads?
Purchasing a performance packet does NOT grant permission to replicate and distribute copies of our music in any form. This would be a direct violation of international copyright laws.
How long does it take to get my music?
We make every effort to ship all orders within 24-48 hours after receiving it. Our standard shipping method is US FIRST CLASS mail. Those who would like us to rush ship orders via UPS or Fed Ex may do so by contacting us and paying the additional shipping costs.
How much do you charge for shipping?
All domestic orders are shipped via US First Class Mail and are charged 10% for shipping/handling expenses.
Do you have a return policy?
Unopened product may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund minus shipping expenses. Because we allow people to preview samples of our materials on-line prior to ordering, there is a 20% restocking fee.
