“I’m a Music Teacher in Columbus, Ohio. Our 2nd and 4th performed “Heroes” for our Veteran’s Day concert today, and the rave reviews are pouring in! The music is so beautiful, the lyrics are very poignant and touching. Couple that with sweet and powerful childrens’ voices and it makes quite an impression. Evidently there wasn’t a dry eye in the audience. The kids love the music too and wanted to sing it all the time. The songs we performed were “You’re A Hero,” “American Heroes,” “Standing Up For Freedom,” “Military Medley,” and “Thank You Military” (with the DVD.) Thank you so much for providing such wonderful material for us to teach to children.”

“I will never forget the kindergarten student in MIdway, who expressed my feelings perfectly. When your song was announced he said, “I love that song!”

“This thank you for your wonderful music is long overdue. Every year our school district has a special Veteran’s Day program and each school is assigned a musical number. At Hooper School (4-5-6 grades) we do your songs. One year we did “Light of Liberty.” The students were dressed in red, white and blue t-shirts and sat in the shape of a flag. Each student brought a flashlight- those in red shirts had red cellophane over their flashlights, etc.. The next year we did “Thank You Military” and this time we used your visual aide. There was not a dry eye in the room when we finished. The community remembered it long after we preformed and I still hear comments on how it touched their hearts. I just want to say thank you for all the music. People tell me they look forward to coming each year. The students love the music and so do I. The values that your songs teach are very much needed in today’s society. Thank you for sharing your talent with us. God Bless You.”

“I have spread your name far and wide to anyone who will listen and praise the work you all do…You have helped the children learn a love of country and understanding of history through your songs and images. I would like to share an excerpt from an e-mail I received from a parent after our program: ‘Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! The program was fantastic and we even shed a few tears. It was very touching. Our daughter sings us the songs and talks about this great country of ours. We feel she has learned much about America in preparing for this program.'”

“My Class presented a very remarkable program which about 800 people viewed. I’ve never had so many compliments from children before saying how touched they were and how it brought them to tears. This program will be one they’ll remember the rest of their lives, plus it was so educational. I learned a lot myself.”

“The clever lyrics, beautiful orchestration, well-chosen images and meaningful dialogue — all blended into one masterful presentation. I’m enclosing a copy of a letter I received yesterday from the grandfather of one of our students. It touched me to the core: ‘It has taken me a few days to do some careful thinking about how to express my deepest appreciation for the remarkable program I witnessed. The emotions which stirred me as I listened and watched overflowed as tears finally refused to be denied and controlled…I thank you from the bottom of this old heart for all of your obvious hard work!’ -Alan Wagoner, Capt. US Army Ret.”

“For the past 18 years I have used the music of Classroom Classics in my music classes and programs. I can’t say enough GOOD about the music! My students RAVE about the songs, which are very lively and contemporary sounding, yet still teach sound values, history lessons and patriotism….The added feature of allowing students to purchase the practice CD’s at VERY reasonable prices is just awesome.”

“I teach a multiage class of 4th, 5th and 6th graders in Idaho Falls. Last night, along with two primary multi-age classes (1st, 2nd, 3rd grades) my student’s performed your “Heroes” program for Veterans Day. It was a HUGE success. We have been told dozens of times that we should have taped the program and sent copies of the tape to service men and women overseas. People were overwhelmed by the program….Your program is awesome and was so easy to prepare. Keep up the great work. We at Sunnyside Elementary in Idaho Falls LOVE your programs. Thanks!”

“ …I’m pleased that so many beautiful, wonderful, concepts have been put to music and will be shared with about a thousand people in our two schools. Your songs are about taking responsibility for protecting our freedoms, doing the right thing, expressing gratitude through active patriotism, serving, solving problems together. I am SOOOOO excited!”
